Webinars and Study Trips

While we are going through tough times globally, we need to announce that, unfortunately we had to postpone our study trips which were planned as physical meetings for exploring best-practice projects and meeting with knowledge-holders from the academic and also practical fields of work.

In normal circumstances study trips should have taken place between March and May 2020 with our 16 participating organisations and they would have had the chance to explore various topics in Germany and in Turkey from a holistic perspective. As the personal exchange, exploring the field together is still very meaningful to create a trustful and deep bond between the participants, we will just postpone the study trips and bridge the time gap with several interactive webinars on related topics. These webinars will allow us to create a common understanding of important crossover topics and concepts, such as translanguaging, transcultural education, power and empowerment, privileges and discrimination and intersectionality, global learning.
