Emerging out of the pandemic’s circumstances that aggravated the issues of inclusion and accessibility in education, but not limiting themselves to the pandemic situation, this group tackles some challenges around the digitalization of activities. Focussing on marginalized and socially/financially deprived groups, the group wants to help facilitators creating meaningful, accessible and attractive content for remote learning/working situations.
Being aware of the living and learning circumstances of families - which is more than just limited access to mobile devices, the groups also takes the role and possibilities of parents or other family-systems into account and want to develop training ideas for working with parents, in order to enable them to support their children in digital learning circumstances.
Being aware that taking into consideration the living conditions of families and the learning conditions of children is a multidimensional task, the module aims to improve trainers skills in remotely or digitally reaching and working with children, as well as including and empowering parents and family members in accompanying their children’s learning experience.
