Play for Change Training: İzmir

As Anadolu Kültür, we organized the "Play for Change Practitioner Training" together with Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Urban Justice and Equality Branch Directorate on January 25-26 at the Dialogue Center in Izmir.

In the two-day face-to-face training, we brought together participants from local municipality units and civil society organizations working in different areas of rights; in the training, we focused on discrimination, intersectionality, multiple identities, as well as joint decision-making, conflict and group dynamics, and nonviolent moderation skills. 

The Play for Change Board Game is waiting to be implemented with the organizations' own teams and volunteers, as well as with their target groups!
